Travelling by car gives you the most flexibility. Two ferry routes connect the mainland to Korčula island.
The most convenient option for car travellers. Take the Jadrolinija car ferry directly from Split ferry port to Vela Luka on Korčula island.
- Crossing time: approx. 2 h 45 min
- Frequency: up to 3 departures per day in high season
- From Vela Luka it is a 15-minute drive to Karbuni
- Book tickets in advance — especially in summer — at jadrolinija.hr
- Arrive at the port at least 45–60 minutes before departure
Drive down the Adriatic coastal highway, cross the Pelješac bridge and take the short ferry from Orebić to Dominče (Korčula).
